Eze Chika Nwokedi Pays Courtesy Visit To Ejigbo DPO, Donates Tyres For Operational Vehicle

The Chairman, Igbo Council of Ndieze, Lagos State, Eze Chika Nwokedi, has continued to show love for the Nigerian Police by paying a courtesy visit to the Ejigbo Divisional Police Officer, CSP Maryam Sonubi, donated some gift items and motor spare tyres for the Police operational vehicles in Lagos State.
P.M.EXPRESS reports that Eze Nwokedi, who is the Ezendigbo in Ijegun and Ijedodo kingdoms, was accompanied to the Division by some members of his Cabinet Chiefs as part of his entourage.
He stated that he left his palace to come to the Division to pay homage to CSP Sonubi because he knew her when she was DSP in Ikotun Division and has performed professionally over the years before she became DPO at various Commands.
Eze Chika Nwokedi described Sonubi as a professional Police officer, who has been performing her Police work with passion, dedication and fear of God and she needed to be encouraged to continue to perform her lawful duty.
Nwokedi explained that the donation of the tyres for their operational vehicles was part of his contributions to encourage her and other Police officers at the Division to perform their duties especially during the time of emergency.
He commended the Nigerian Police for the efforts in the protection of lives and properties and noted that the Nigerian Police perform their duties under harsh conditions while urging well meaning Nigerians to assist them to make their work easier.
Eze Nwokedi has demonstrated over the years the love he has for the Nigerian Police officers through various way of encouragement and empowerment to enable them to perform their duties.
Eze Nwokedi, also known as Okpoko of Obodo Ukwu town in Imo State, over the years has donated various Police equipment and materials to Police officers in many Commands across the States as vehicle spare parts,  torchlights, and other materials. He has also refurbished and painted some Police Divisions and given out various awards with gifts items to over 5,000 Police officers as a way to motivate and encourage them to perform their duties.
As he believes so much in motivation, he stated that the Police officers do a lot of work to protect people and their property in the society and so they need encouragement as a way of motivation.  That was the essence of Eze Chika Nwokedi’s visit to CSP Sonubi  to motivate her and the officers at the Division and encourage them to do more for the society.
