A respected Igbo traditional leader in Oriade LCDA of Lagos State, Eze Emmanuel Chukwuakalikamadu, has congratulated Eze Tochukwu Anosike on his appointment as the new Ezendigbo Southwest Gburugburu.
P.M.EXPRESS reports that Eze Tochukwu Anosike has been recognized as the Ezendigbo Gburugburu in Southwest, Nigeria, following his crowning by the Alaafin of Oyo, His Imperial Majesty, Oba Akeem Owoade.
Eze Chukwuakalikamadu, also known as Chimereze, noted that it was a well deserved honour and position because Eze Tochukwu Anosike is a man of integrity and impeachable character.
He also noted that it is a tasking responsibility that needs the support of every Igbo person in the Southwest. He charged stakeholders to come together and give Eze Anosike maximum support for him to succeed in his new role as Ezendigbo Gburugburu Southwest.
He prayed that God should guide and protect him in his new position to unite Ndigbo in Southwest and build good relationships with the host communities in the entire Yoruba land.
Eze Chukwuakalikamadu also emphasized the importance of tolerance and leadership in his reign. His congratulatory message highlights the significance of Eze Anosike’s new role in promoting Igbo culture and unity in Southwest Nigeria.
This title makes Eze Anosike the leader of Ndieze in Southwest, overseeing the affairs of Ndigbo in the region. He is also the Eze Ndi Igbo Ojo Central, covering Iba LCDA, Oto-Awori LCDA, and Ojo local government area in Lagos State.
