The palace of Eze Christian Nwachukwu may have turned to a dumping ground for an imposter and self acclaimed Lagos Igbo Speaking community president, Chief Okenze Tochukwu Anadu, as the Board of Trustees led by Dr Jonathan Nnaji disowned him.
P.M.EXPRESS reports that Dr Nnaji has warned members of the public to beware of Chief Tochukwu Anadu, who has been parading himself as president of Igbo Speaking Community because  he is an imposter.
Dr Nnaji maintained that anyone dealing with Anadu on the basis of Igbo Speaking Community, Lagos State is doing so at his own risk and the BOT cannot take any liability for his actions because he was never elected by the community.
Nnaji explained that there were two factions of Igbo Speaking Community led by Chief Sunday Udeh and Chief Sunday Eze and they have since agreed to come together with the terms of agreement is before the Court and thereafter the BOT will conduct an election.
P.M.EXPRESS reports that while the BOT is still waiting for the Court Consent judgment in order to conduct election, Chief Anadu declared himself President which has landed him in prison for assaulting one of Igbo Speaking Community members in his constituency, Iganmu Apapa, following agitation for him to step down for declaring himself president.
Anadu was charged before Bode Thomas Magistrate Court in Lagos for allegedly assaulting a foundation member of Igbo Speaking Community, Apapa Iganmu, Chief Kingsley Anyanwu, during their General Meeting at Orile area of Lagos.
He was remanded in custody at the correctional center pending when he will perfect his bail conditions and was released from prison custody on Friday.
However,  he ran to Eze Nwachukwu’s palace and informed him that the Igbo Speaking Community has chased him away from their secretariat in Surulere area of Lagos State and pleaded with him to accomodate him.
Nwachukwu was said to have insisted that if he will accommodate him, he will have to change from President of Igbo Speaking Community to Igbo  Community, which Nwachukwu is the founder and he accepted.
During the New Yam Festival at the palace of Eze Nwachukwu in Ago Okota, Lagos, on Saturday,  Eze Nwachukwu raised Anadu’s hands as the president of his own Igbo Community having turned his palace as dumping ground since Anadu has been dumped by the Igbo Speaking Community Lagos State.
Meanwhile, the Igbo Speaking Community in Apapa Iganmu has insisted that he was no longer a member of their group and will not accept him into their fold and facilitating for Anadu’s Vice, Chief Paul Chima to take over and was said to have contacted Chief Sunday Udeh and Dr Nnaji to intervene.
