In the tapestry of our great nation, Nigeria, we find a rich blend of cultures, traditions and identities that make us uniquely diverse. This diversity is our strength and it’s what sets us apart as a beacon of unity in a world that often struggles with division. Today, I want to remind each and every one of us of the importance of standing strong, supporting democracy, and believing in the greatness of Nigeria.

We are a nation that has faced numerous challenges throughout our history, and yet, we have always emerged stronger and more resilient. It is in our collective spirit to overcome adversity and forge a better future. In the face of daunting obstacles, we must hold onto hope, determination, and resilience.

Hope reminds us that there is a brighter tomorrow waiting for us. It is the light that guides us through even the darkest of times. Determination fuels our efforts to create positive change and drive progress. Resilience is our shield against the storms of adversity, enabling us to bounce back stronger each time we are tested.

Let us not forget the power of democracy, a system that gives voice to each and every citizen of this great nation. It is through our democratic processes that we can shape the future of Nigeria and ensure that it reflects the aspirations and desires of all Nigerians. Supporting democracy means engaging in constructive dialogue, participating in elections, and respecting the rule of law.

Moreover, I urge our Federal Government to consider true federalism. True federalism can bring about greater balance and equity in the distribution of resources and opportunities among our diverse states and regions. It can empower local governments to address the unique needs and challenges of their communities. By embracing true federalism, we can strengthen the unity of our nation and promote greater inclusivity.

Let us come together, regardless of our differences, to build a Nigeria that we can all be proud of. Let us continue to celebrate our cultural diversity while recognizing that we are one people, bound by a common destiny. Together, we can overcome any obstacle, achieve greatness, and realize the true potential of Nigeria.

Believe in Nigeria. Believe in our shared future. Together, we are stronger.
