He was to make appearance last week Thursday concerning the case but missed the court arraignment.
After the police failed to produce him in court, the theft case was adjourned to 12 April.
During today’s arraignment, Egbegbe and Oyekan, who were brought to the court in handcuffs, pleaded not guilty to all the charges filed against them.
The judge, Oluremi Oguntoyinbo ordered that they should be remanded in prison custody till 24 March when the case will resume for trial.
