The Executive Chairman of Agege Local Government, Hon. Abdulganiyu Vinod Obasa has continued to receive applause over his style of governance targeted at giving the people of the local council the desired dividends of democracy.
At the ongoing 2026 Budget Retreat, which is taking place at Osmark Hotel & Suites in Ibadan, Oyo State, two prominent politicians in Lagos State were of the opinion that Obasa has been doing a great job to give Agege the expected sustainable development.
Hon. Taofeek Abiodun Adaranijo, former member of the 8th National Assembly in the Federal House of Representatives and Hon. Tajudeen Afolabi, the Special Adviser to the Lagos State Governor on Political, Legislative and Civic Engagement, who are both from Agege commended the chairman, Vinod Obasa for his great effort and commitment towards development and infusion of positive changes in the socio-political environment of Agege local government.
The two politicians were speakers on Day 2 of the three-day retreat which will end on Wednesday.
The second day of the retreat, which began on Monday, has Procurement Management Implementation and Budget Performance as its theme.
