The  Franco-Nigeria Chamber of Commerce and Industry held the opening ceremony of its weeklong celebration of its 40th anniversary of mutually facilitated business relationships between France and Nigeria.

The opening ceremony/cocktail was held at the Hard Rock Cafe inside Landmark Event Centre, Victoria Island, Lagos. The event also ushered in the French Week 2025.

P.M. EXPRESS reports that the night of Friday, 7 November 2025 was a moment of celebration for members of Franco-Nigeria Chamber of Commerce and Industry, friends and supporters of the Chamber. It was this same night that mother luck smiled on Ms. Bossman, who won an e-ticket courtesy of Air France during a raffle draw.

Before the raffle ticket draw, dignitaries who included the Consul General of France in Lagos, Ambassador Laurent Favier, President, Franco-Nigeria Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Guillame Niarfeix and guests from both the private and public sectors were treated to good music to make the ceremony lively and excited.

A welcome remarks from both the Consul General and the President of the Chamber preceded a raffle ticket draw put together by the French airlines for a lucky winner to win an e-ticket for a trip to Paris.

Ms. Bossman, a seasoned HR expert, did not expect the luck to come her way. It was midway into the ceremony  when the draw was held and the ticket bearing the name of this dynamic and beautiful looking woman was picked by the President of Franco-Nigeria Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Mr Guillaume Niarfeix, to the shocking surprise of the winner herself and the applause of all the dignitaries inside the Hard Rock Cafe.

The French airlines, one of the Premium Sponsors, held the ticket raffle draw as part of its contribution to the weeklong celebration of French Week and the 40th anniversary of the Franco-Nigeria Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

“I was surprised to hear my name being called as the winner of the raffle ticket,” she said.  “I am so happy for this luck, and I have to thank the organisers of the French Week 2025 and Air France for the opportunity,” said Ms. Bossman.
