Fruitful Ministry Donates Relief Materials To Members Amid Covid-19 Lockdown In Lagos

Fruitful Men and Women Ministry International at the weekend gave its members relief package to cushion the effect of their suffering amid Covid-19 lockdown in Lagos.


President Muhammad Buhari recently gave order to lockdown Lagos, Ogun and Abuja to curb the spread of novel Coronavirus pandemic, which is currently ravaging countries of the world.


While giving relief materials to his members, General Overseer of the ministry, Pastor Edison Ozuah said the package was given to assist members of the church during this period. He urged them to continue to pray to the Almighty God to heal the world from the pandemic disease.


“We are aware that many of our members need our assistance at this trying period, so we have made some provisions in our own little way and I think it will help them to cushion the effect of their suffering,” he said.


Ozuah who is graduate of History and International Studies from Lagos State University LASU urged the governments at all levels to be sensitive to the plight of people at this period. He said governments should provide succour to the masses who are facing serious hardship in the last four weeks.


In her own remark, Senior Pastor of Fruitful Men and Women Ministry International, Esther Ozuah said the Ministry would continue to assist the members in areas of finance, business, education, career spiritually and materially.


“We are not going to stop here, we will continue to assist our members so that they can be financially and economically independent on their own,”she said.


One of the sponsors,Mr Isiguzo Maximum said he donated some food stuff as part of his contribution to the ministry and urged the government to come to the aid of the people at this trying period the world is witnessing.

One of the beneficiaries who spoke to P.M. EXPRESS, Mrs Obuta Ruth thanked the ministry for its kind gesture, adding that the relief materials will serve her family for days.


“I want to use this medium to thank the ministry for a job well done and what I received today(Saturday) will serve me and my family for days,”she said.


The ministry was established in August, 2013 at Jakande Estate Oke Afa Isolo, Ejigbo Local Council Development Area of Lagos.
