The AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq-led Kwara State Government has again reiterated its commitment to the provision of quality education through the construction of class rooms, providing instructional materials and science laboratories equipment to government-owned schools across the State.
The Commissioner for Education and Human Capital Development, Hajia Sa’adatu Modibbo Kawu, stated this during the official handing-over of a block of three Classrooms converted to a one-storey building at the Government Day Secondary School Oke Aluko, Ilorin.
Governor AbdulRazaq has continued to keep his promise of providing conducive ambience for learning to thrive, pointing out that learning could not take place in a rowdy and shabby environment.
In his contribution, the Balogun Afin of Ilorin, Alhaji Mohammed Nuru Yusuf, appreciated the State government for the remarkable improvement in their commitment to revamping the educational system in the state and prayed for God’s guidance for the Governor.
