The Torch of Unity of the 20th National Sports Festival has been on tour of the States in the country and Thursday, 12 March, it landed in Lagos where it was presented to the Executive Governor, Mr. Babajide Sanwo-Olu.
The Governor received the Torch of Unity at the State House, Alausa, Ikeja by 4pm in the presence of the Honorable Commissioner of Youth and Social Development, Mr. Olusegun Dawodu, the Executive Chairman of Lagos State Sports Commission, Mr. Shola Aiyepekun, Director General of the Commission, Mr. Oluwatoyin Gafaar, some top officers of the Federal Ministry of Youths and Sports as well as selected athletes.
