It was a scene of full blown emotions as Mr. Joe Anatune was finally laid to rest today, Thursday, June 23, 2022 in his country home, Awa, Orumba North of Anambra State.
For a man who touched everyone’s life, it was difficult to hold back tears.
Governor Soludo, who physically attended the burial ceremony, described Joe Anatune as a friend and brother, who will be greatly missed.
The Governor also recounted his cordial relationship with Joe for over a decade now. He promised that the dreams and aspirations Joe has for the people of his Community, Awa, and Anambra State will surely come to fruition.
Joe, the Governor Soludo re-echoed was a good man. A man of a wonderful spirit.
