The Executive Governor of Anambra State, Professor Chukwuma Charles Soludo, CFR, has most warmly congratulated His Excellency, President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR, Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, on the occasion of his 74th birthday on Sunday, March 29, 2026.
In a congratulatory message signed by Christian Aburime, the Chief Press Secretary, Governor Soludo extolled President Tinubu’s bold leadership, political sagacity, and uncompromising commitment to the unity, peace, development and progress of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
The Governor noted that history will remember President Tinubu as a leader who dared to make the tough, yet necessary, decisions required to reposition the nation’s economy for long-term stability. He acknowledged that while the administration’s bold economic reforms, including the removal of the fuel subsidy and the unification of exchange rates, have demanded significant sacrifice from citizens, these courageous steps have laid the essential foundation for a more resilient, transparent, and prosperous Nigeria of the future.
Governor Soludo further noted that President Tinubu has demonstrated that true leadership is not about seeking temporary popularity, but about making the hard choices that will secure the future generations to come.
He added that the ‘Renewed Hope Agenda’ is steadily steering the nation away from the precipice of fiscal recklessness towards a path of sustainable growth, and Anambra State stands in solidarity with the President as he navigates these challenging times.
The Governor called for the support of all Nigerians for the President as he continues to tackle the nation’s multifaceted challenges, including security. He expressed confidence that under President Tinubu’s stewardship, Nigeria will emerge stronger, more united, and economically vibrant.
