The Executive Governor of Anambra State, Professor Chukwuma Charles Soludo, CFR, has conveyed earnest congratulations to eminent Anambra-born businessman and philanthropist, Sir Dr. Emeka Offor, on the occasion of his 67th birthday celebration.

In his goodwill remarks signed by Christian Aburime, the Press Secretary, Governor Soludo described Sir Emeka Offor as a quintessential embodiment of the resilient, industrious, and innovative spirit of Ndi Anambra. Rising from humble beginnings in Oraifite, Ekwusigo Local Government Area, Sir Offor has built a global business empire through the Chrome Group, one of West Africa’s leading oil and gas conglomerates, creating thousands of jobs and contributing immensely to the development of Nigeria’s private sector.

The Governor noted that beyond Sir Offor’s remarkable accomplishments as a corporate titan, it is his profound commitment to humanity that further distinguishes him. Through the Sir Emeka Offor Foundation (SEOF), established over three decades ago, the celebrant has consistently deployed his resources to uplift the most vulnerable in society.

His unique philanthropy, through diverse interventions, proves the philosophy that wealth finds its true value in the smiles it brings to others.

Governor Soludo also affirmed that Sir Offor represents the finest qualities of Ndi Anambra as a patriot who has used his God-given endowment to serve God and humanity, his life exemplifying the timeless axiom that it is not how long one lives, but how well, and Sir Offor has lived exceptionally well through lives he continues to transform.

Therefore, Governor Soludo proudly congratulated Sir Emeka Offor on his 67th birthday celebration, wishing him more happiness, continued good health, and many more impactful years of selfless service to humanity.
