Gov Soludo Inspects & Commends OCHA Brigade

The Executive Governor of Anambra State, Prof. Charles Chukwuma Soludo, was at the Command Headquarters Awka of Operation Clean and Healthy Anambra; Ocha Brigade, to inspect and commend the gallant officers of the brigade for the work they have been doing in the State.

Soludo commended the agency led by MD/SG Chief Celestine Anere in areas of enforcement and ensuring that the state’s policies on tax compliance, operation Clean and Healthy Anambra through monthly sanitation and other sensitisation that has aided the actualization of a green, clean, healthy and livable Anambra in the State.

Governor Soludo, who also inspected the quarter guard and officers on parade, was accompanied by his Deputy, Dr. Onyeka Ibezim and the Commissioner for Environment, Hon. Felix Odumegwu, the MD ARTMA, Emeka Konti Komplete Okonkwo and Arch Mike Okonkwo. Admonished the officers to be good ambassadors of the State and warned against officers who might jeopardize the good work already achieved by the agency because of their personal interest.

The agency frowned at officers who were caught wanting in discharging their duty and will stop at nothing in maintaining decorum at the course of duty.
