Seasoned Pharmacist and CEO of AXION HONORS HOTEL, Owerri, Dr. Jude Obiakor, has expressed strong confidence in Governor Hope Uzodinma to make resounding impact with his Shared Prosperity policies in Imo State.

The Arondizuogu born investor, who had been a strong supporter of the Shared Prosperity Government, urged Imolites at home and in the Diaspora to genuinely support the administration of Senator Hope Uzodinma for a greater Imo State.

In a chat with newsmen over the weekend, Dr. Obiakor (Ifeadigo na Izuogu) said, “I’ve been showing my support for Senator Hope Uzodinma because I strongly believe he’s got the capacity to take Imo State to greater heights. Let’s be very practical, many detractors have been disappointed because they had expected Senator Uzodinma to discontinue with most projects and policy direction of the previous administration like we’ve always seen across Nigeria. Being an experienced administrator, Uzodinma continued with what he met on ground and reviewed where necessary, thereby sparing Imo State the usual cases of waste of resources occasioned by abandonment of projects”.

“With the Shared Prosperity policies anchored on the 3Rs – Rehabilitation, Reconstruction and Recovery, I’m of the strong belief that he’ll surpass the achievements of Dede Sam Onunaka Mbakwe of the old Imo State, which had remained the talking and reference points many years after.”

“Look at the discovery made on the issues surrounding pensions in the state. Imagine how much will be saved from blocking the loopholes and digitalisation of the payroll! I therefore, urge Imolites at home and in the Diaspora to support Senator Hope Uzodinma and his team in their genuine efforts to reposition our state. I’ve invested, have continued to invest and equally mobilising renowned investors from across the world to see the need to invest in different sectors in order to boost the economy of the state.”

“Within few months, not minding the economic situation slowed down by the Covid-19 pandemic, Gov Uzodinma has displayed genuine commitment to move Imo forward and must be supported. It can only get better for Imo State!” the seasoned Pharmacist, Dr. Jude Obiakor concluded.
