The Chairman of Mekens Integrated Nigeria Ltd., High Chief Sir (Dr.) Amb. Anthony Ikenna Obele, Okwunze Aguata, has congratulated High Chief Christian Okonkwo, Ezinwaputaife n’Okija, Owobuisije, on his conferment with the prestigious title of “De Lord Mayor of Okija”. 

 

In a congratulatory message, High Chief Obele described the honour as a recognition of a life of purpose, service and impact in the community.

 

High Chief Obele said the title reflects High Chief Okonkwo’s contributions to the development of Okija and society at large.

“It is with immense joy and profound honour that I extend my heartfelt congratulations to High Chief Christian Okonkwo on the historic conferment and celebration of the prestigious title of ‘De Lord Mayor of Okija’,” he stated.

It is a recognition that transcends the ceremony itself, placing upon you a greater responsibility to inspire, unite and contribute meaningfully to the advancement of your people.”

 

The Mekens boss prayed that the new position would elevate High Chief Okonkwo’s voice and expand his impact.

High Chief Obele urged the new Lord Mayor to lead with equity, fairness and compassion for the benefit of Okija and beyond.

“Congratulations, High Chief Christian Okonkwo. May this strategic leadership position propel you to serve with purpose, love, equity, fairness and justice to the great people of Okija and entire humanity,” he added.
