A Lagos High court on Thursday has ordered Mr Sulaiman Ogun-Oloko to stop parading himself as Olu of Iwaya Kingdom or acting in the office of the Olu of Iwaya Kingdom pending the determination of suit number LD/7218GCMW/2020, between Mohammed Bashiru Akinola &90rsv.

Upon motion exparte, held on 24, Thursday, before His Lordship, Hon Justice O.O Ogunjobi sought order for granting leave to the applicant, Ramon Rufai Ogo-Oluwa Aromire to apply, by way of judicial review for declaration of the court setting aside the purported installation and or recognition of one Sulaiman Ogun-Oloko as the Olu of Iwaya Kingdom.

Sulaiman Ogun-Oloko, who has been parading himself as Olu of Iwaya, is expected to receive staff of Office on Saturday.

It is gathered that the Obaship tussle has been in Lagos High court for the past two years before Justice Ogunjobi granted injunction on Thursday to stop Ogun-Oloko to receive staff of office.
