Three men suspected to be homosexuals have landed in trouble after they reportedly battered two young men for denying them sex in a popular hotel in the Igando area of Lagos.

P.M.EXPRESS reports that the suspects, Ojo Adegbite, 25, Johnson Folonsho, 23 and one other person now at large attacked the victims, Akinyalu Habeeb and Sunday Olamide and injured them. Not done with battering them, they also stole their phones.

The victims were said to have suffered their fate after the suspects had invited them for sex romp but later disappointed them at the last minutes. In anger, they used horse whip to flog them mercilessly on their backs, seized their phones and beat them up before they escaped.

However, the sexual harassment, assault and stealing was reported at the Area M Command, Idimu, Lagos; the suspects were trailed and eventually arrested.
Police sources said that the alleged homosexuals had narrated that they started relating with the victims through the social media and from there invited them over. They were said to have been disappointed with their behaviours which resulted in disagreement and fighting between them.

The victims on their part claimed that they were assaulted over their refusal to agree to their demand for sex romp with them, so they became angry, attacked them and stole their phones.

The police found the suspects culpable and charged them before the Magistrates court sitting in Ejigbo for sexual harassment, assault and stealing.

They pleaded not guilty.

The prosecutor, Inspector G. Simon did not oppose their bail.
Thus, the Presiding Magistrate, Mr L.K.J. Layeni granted them bail in the sum of N100,000 with two sureties in like sum.
They were remanded in prison custody pending when they will perfect their bail condition.
The case was adjourned till 26th July, 2018.
