The lawmaker representing Ikeja Constituency 2 at the Lagos State House of Assembly, Hon Adedamola Richard Kasunmu, ARK, has eulogised the Chairman of the All Progressives Congress in Ikeja, Alhaji Dally Adeokun, on the occasion of his birthday celebration.
