Hon. Kasunmu Congratulates Olusanya On New Appointment As Agric Commissioner

The lawmaker representing Ikeja Constituency 2 and Chairman, Lagos State House of Assembly Committee on Lands, Hon. Adedamola Richard Kasunmu, (ARK), has congratulated Ms. Abisola Olusanya on her confirmation as substantive Lagos State Commissioner for Agriculture.

In his congratulatory message, Hon Kasunmu said, “Your appointment as substantive Commissioner for Agriculture is one well deserved. You’ve shown enormous capacity as Special Adviser on Agriculture and as Acting Commissioner”.

“You’ve been described as a leader with a participatory management style and proficiency in establishing and managing entire operations with key focus on sustainable organisational culture. We hope to witness more to the benefit of our dear State and the Greater Lagos Team. Congratulations!” Hon ARK concluded.

It will be recalled that Ms. Olusanya was first appointed into the State Executive Council on August 20, 2019, as a Special Adviser on Agriculture.She was named Acting Commissioner on June 8, 2020.Her recent elevation by the Governor, Mr. Babajide Olusola Sanwo-Olu, followed the resignation of ex-Commissioner, who is now the Oniru of Iru, Oba Omogbolahan Lawal, Abisogun II.

Olusanya has 10 years leadership experience in sales, marketing and supply chain management.She is a professional in executing strategies towards food security, among others.
