The lawmaker representing Ikeja Constituency 2 at the Lagos State House of Assembly, Hon Adedamola Richard Kasunmu, ARK, has expressed shock and sadness over the demise of Alhaja Toyin Badmus, the Iyaloja of Abuja.
In his message of condolence, Hon Kasunmu said, “Death is an inevitable end. From God we came and to Him we return. This is to express our deepest condolences to the immediate, extended and political families of our beloved Iyaloja General and Iyalode of Abuja, Alhaja Toyin Badmus”.
“Your exit came to me as a rude shock but we really can’t question the Creator who gives and takes lives. Your exemplary work as the Iyaloja of Abuja and your iconic political contributions as the Founder/Leader of Asiwaju Women Cooperative Society (AWCS), will remain indelible in our hearts just as your unflinching support for the President-Elect. Our party and the entire Nigeria nation will surely miss you!”
“The families of the late Iyaloja-General of Nigeria, Alh. (Dr). Abibatu Mogaji and the entire Tinubu dynasty of Lagos, commiserate with your household and  pray to Allah to grant them the fortitude to bear the loss. May Allah also forgive your sins and grant you Aljouna Fridaous. Rest on, Great Woman!” Hon. Adedamola Richard Kasunmu concluded.
