Hon. Odunmbaku Inaugurates Ojodu Welfare & Empowerment Committee

The Executive Chairman of Ojodu LCDA, Lagos State, Hon. David Olusegun Odunmbaku, on Wednesday 1st September, 2021, inaugurated the Ojodu Welfare & Empowerment Committee at his office within the Council Secretariat located at Powerline, Okeira, Ogba, Lagos. 

In the inaugural meeting held with the committee members after their inauguration, the Council Chairman charged the team to project the image of his administration by simply ensuring that their activities and policies are formed and guided by the H.E.Y.S agenda as inscribed in his campaign manifesto during the election period.

Hon. Odunmbaku said, “As our agenda rightly portrays, this administration considers putting the welfare of the people first and above other things. During the campaign period, we promised to empower the youths, women, aged, widows and other constituents and that’s the essence of inaugurating this committee. It is primarily to serve the advisory role and other purposes for the policy formation and execution of our empowerment programmes”.

“You people are to provide necessary administrative and logistical platform in the delivery of empowerment programmes for the benefit of citizens of Ojodu LCDA. Our administration is very concerned about the economic growth and development of citizens” Hon. Odunmbaku concluded.
