The Executive Chairman of Ojodu LCDA, Lagos State, Hon. Segun Odunmbaku, on Sunday joined the congregation of St. Jude Anglican Church, Omole Estate, for the unveiling ceremony of the church’s 2025 Harvest Programme.
The event, themed “Harvest of Restoration”, marked the formal launch of activities leading up to the annual harvest celebration.
Hon. Odunmbaku, who was warmly received by the Vicar and members of the church as he was also made a patron of Children Harvest, commended the parish for its spiritual and social contributions to the Omole community and Ojodu as a whole.
He emphasized the importance of faith-based institutions in fostering moral values and community development. In his goodwill message, the Chairman expressed gratitude for the church’s prayers and support for his administration and assured continued partnership with religious bodies across Ojodu LCDA for more impact in his second term.
The colourful unveiling ceremony which was attended by the Vice Chairman, Hon Olubunmi Oluyadi, SLG Hon Olaide John Bello, Hon Lekan Peters, Council Manager, Engr Bunmi Akintoye and Chief Emeka Benson featured hymns, thanksgiving and goodwill messages from dignitaries, church leaders and members of the community.
