Hon Segun Odunmbaku Hosts Nigeria Red Cross

The Executive Chairman Of Ojodu LCDA, Lagos State, Hon Segun Odunmbaku, today hosted officials of the Nigerian Red Cross, Ikeja Division, who paid him a courtesy visit at the Council Secretariat, Ogba, Oke-Ira.

Red Cross is an humanitarian organization that works to alleviate the suffering of those affected by disasters, conflict and other emergencies in society, which seeks to partner with Ojodu LCDA said the Coordinator, Ms Oluwaseyi Ajayi.

The organization, in its bid to collaborate with Ojodu LCDA to improve emergency response services, community engagement and mobilisation in disaster reduction, also plans to appoint Hon. Segun Odunmbaku as its Patron at an investiture ceremony to be announced soon.

Hon. Segun Odunmbaku praised the officials for their humanitarian efforts and pledged the support of his administration towards collaboration with such organisations to improve the lives of Ojodu residents.
