The Executive Chairman of Ojodu LCDA, Lagos State, Hon. Segun Odunmbaku, has inspected Phase 2 of the Ogba Road Reconstruction Project, reaffirming his commitment to infrastructure development.
The project, a collaboration Ojodu LCDA, Lagos State Ministry of Environment and Water Resources alongside the Lagos State Public Works Corporation, focuses on improving drainage and resurfacing the road from Ogba Junction to Tantalizers. It includes laying of cross culverts to enhance stormwater management and prevent flooding.
Hon. Odunmbaku emphasized that the initiative is crucial for reducing congestion and enhancing economic activities.
“This project will ensure a durable road network and improve connectivity around Ojodu LCDA,” Odunmbaku stated.
He urged residents to support the project for smooth execution. The initiative aligns with Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu’s broader infrastructure agenda, ensuring better roads and improved urban resilience. Residents have welcomed the project, anticipating smoother traffic flow and better accessibility.
