Hon. Uzoukwa Felicitates With Executive Governor Of Abia State, Dr Alex Chioma Otti On His Birthday

The Senior Special Assistant to the Governor on Public Affairs, Hon. Ebere Uzoukwa, PhD, has warmly felicitated with the amiable Executive Governor of Abia, His Excellency Dr Alex Chioma Otti, OFR, on the occasion of his birthday anniversary.

 

In a special congratulatory message to the Abia helmsman, Dr Uzoukwa said, “Today, Abians celebrate a rare leader, a courageous reformer, and a proven jinx breaker whose emergence reshaped the trajectory of our dear state. Like a modern day Moses, you have led Abia from the wilderness of decay and despair into a season of renewal, restoration, and visible progress. What was once dismissed as impossible has, under your watch, become a living reality”.
