Behold your servant and messenger HON. WISDOM ONIEKPAR IKULI (JP), who is never tired of serving the Ijaw Nation.

He is a proponent of the New Ijaw Consciousness (Neo-Ijawism).

He is very passionate about the emancipation cum liberation of the Ijaw Nation and the geographic Niger Delta at large from economic and political servitude.

For more than 20years (two decades), he has been in the struggle to change the ugly narrative about the Ijaw Nation.

He believes firmly that Ijaw must take and also must be given its pride of place among comity of tribes and ethnic nations considering her immeasurable sacrifices and contributions.

Indeed, Hon. Ikuli is the best man for the Office of the National Publicity Secretary of the most revered IJAW NATIONAL CONGRESS (INC).
