The Chairman Council of Ndieze in Lagos State, Eze Chika Nwokedi, has continued to demonstrate that his philanthropic gesture has no bounds by showering gifts and scholarship at a wedding reception.
P.M.EXPRESS reports that the gesture took place during the wedding reception of Chibuike Ebosie and Chioma Onyeso on Saturday, 21st October, 2023, at Nnokwa Hall in Ejigbo, Lagos, where Eze Nwokedi and his amaible wife, LoloTessy Nwokedi (Ugoeze), were the Royal Father and Mother of the day.
The glamorous gathering was attended by other dignitaries including the mother of the day, Mrs. Chizoba Okolie, Founder Awesome Sisters Foundation, Eze Nwokedi’s cabinet Chiefs, friends and wellwishers of the bride and groom.
Eze Chika Nwokedi, who is also the Ezendigbo of Ijegun and Ijeododo Kingdoms, also gave out gifts to lucky winners of recharge card draw, gifts for August borns with special packages in show of his magnanimity.
HRH Chika Nwokedi established the luck attached to people born in the month of August as he is also an August born with signicant life changing occurrences in the month “August”. He made an open declaration for persons born between August 4th and August 25th to signify as he offered generous surprise packages.
In his philanthropy, he presented a branded duvet to a teenager named Richard Williams, who was born on August 4th, as he also promised to sponsor his Christmas expenses which includes clothing and every other accessories needed.
To another August born named Prince Omodia, 6, Eze Nwokedi offered to pay the school fees for his education.
In appreciation Richard Williams and the spokesperson (sister) of Prince Omodia, earnestly prayed for HRH Chika Nwokedi, and wished him abundance of blessings in good health and sound mind.
Apart from that, Eze Chika Nwokedi gave out cash gifts and other items to some of the guests including those born on August, who were lucky winners, to the admiration of the guests at the wedding reception.
Eze Chika Nwokedi has continued to show compassion to the people especially the less privileged people in the society including the widows and widowers, who really need assistance.
Recently, Eze Nwokedi promised to open a health centre for the less privileged people who cannot afford medical bills because of financial challenges and the gesture he declared inclusive irrespective of ethnicity and religion in the society.
