How Man, 43 Forcefully Engaged Woman, 80, In S*x At Night

Facts have emerged how a 43-year old man, Dan’asabe Eddo, sneaked into an 80-year old woman’s house at night and forcefully engaged her in sex and injured her in the process. 

P.M.EXPRESS reports that the suspect, Eddo of Kubasha village, Kagarko LGA, Kaduna State, committed the alleged offence at Kundami Village, Garaku, Kokona LGA of Nasarawa State.

The suspect secretly went into the residence of the victim, who stays alone at same village and forcefully had canal knowledge of her.

Having satisfied himself, he sneaked out with the intention that he will not be identified but he was wrong as he was eventually identified.

The dastardly act was reported to the Police operatives attached to Garaku Division, who immediately swung into action, got the suspect arrested and detained him for interrogation over the act.

This was disclosed by the Police Public Relations Officer of the command, ASP Ramhan Nansel.

He stated: “Consequent upon a complaint lodged at Garaku Division on 14th January, 2022, at about 2230hrs, that one Dan’asabe Eddo, forcefully had carnal knowledge of the victim, who was staying alone, the Police arrested him.”

“Upon interrogation, the suspect admitted to the commission of the offence and blamed it on handiwork of the devil.”

The alleged offence the suspect admitted he committed is statutory rape, which attracts several years of imprisonment if he is tried in Court and found guilty.

Meanwhile, the Commissioner of Police, CP Adesina Soyemi, has directed that the case be transferred to State Criminal Investigation Department (SCID), Lafia, for further investigation to ascertain the motive behind his conduct to have raped such elderly woman.

The Police boss urged members of the public to pay special attention to the elderly and guard them against gerontophilia.
