A Federal High Court, Abeokuta on Thursday threw into the trash can the case instituted against Senator Solomon Olamilekan Adeola Yayi by the outgoing Senator representing Ogun West Senatorial District, Senator Tolu Odebiyi.
In the judgement delivered by Justice O.O.Oguntoyinbo, it was established that the case lacked merit and was thereby dismissed.
The Judge further averred that the likes of Senator Tolu Odebiyi should henceforth desist from making irrational attempt to mislead the Court of Law.
The Court erupted into an expected jubilation after the judgement by Supporters of Senator (Aremo) Solomon Olamilekan Adeola Yayi, who were led into the Court premises by Dr Iziaq Kunle Salako, the Director General of Yayi Campaign Organization, YAYICO.
