A few years from today, one of the most fulfilled humans to be celebrated by humanity for her famed and superb accomplishments will be Senator Uche Ekwunife. I made this bold statement because of Ekwunife’s level of social capital and human capital development since her sojourn on earth.

One of the reasons for the above assertion is because, statistically, Ifekaolaedo as her teeming admirers call her, holds the record as the lawmaker who has facilitated the highest number of federal jobs for the youth, and in the next 20 years when most of them would had attained the position of Permanent Secretary, Directors and Managing Directors in various establishment, one can imagine the bountiful harvest of gratitude that awaits the federal lawmaker. — No doubt, she has etched her name in the good books of millions of people.

The organic outpour of love from friends, staff, colleagues and associates of Ekwunife every 12th of December is truly deserving. She is an amazing woman who has done exceedingly well for the socio-economic and social development of the society. For some of us who work closely with her, Ekwunife is a legislator par excellence who since her foray into politics has continued to serve the masses with immense humility, honour and dedication.

In the aspect of attracting dividends of democracy, many people with deep discerning and discretionary powers acknowledge the glaring fact that the Mother Theresa of our Time has carved, for herself, a niche in the National Assembly. Through her robust legislative activities, Ekwunife has tremendously attracted more than 500 developmental projects to economic advancement of her constituency. To say the least, she stands tall amongst her contemporaries in service delivery and being a vibrant strong on the floor of the Senate.

Indeed, the workaholic senator deserves all the love and encomium she is receiving today and I join to celebrate her for all she does to humanity.

Happy birthday Ifekaolaedo. Happy birthday Senator Uche Ekwunife.
