Ikeja Council Chairman Attends Inter-Faith Prayer For The Nation Organised By Presidential Coalition Council (PCC)

The Executive Chairman of Ikeja Local Government, Comrade Akeem Olalekan Dauda (AKOD), attended the Inter-Faith Prayer for the Nation organised by the Presidential Coalition Council (PCC), a key political mobilisation platform of the All Progressives Congress (APC), headed by Hon. Dr James Abiodun Faleke, Member of the House of Representatives, Ikeja Federal Constituency.
The high-level gathering brought together party leaders, elected officials, stakeholders, and community influencers to seek divine guidance for national stability, political cohesion, and the continued success of the APC-led Federal Government under President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR.
Dignitaries present included Alhaji Rabiu Oluwa, Chief Abiodun Ogunleye, Alhaji Bushira Alebiosu, Senator Musiliu Obanikoro, Chief Oyinlomo Danmole, Alhaji Mutiu Are, Hon. Tokunbo Afikuyomi, Chief Moshood Salvador, Hon. Tajudeen Agoro, Otunba Henry Ajomale, Hon. Ayinde Enilolobo, members of the House of Representatives, council chairmen, and other notable party leaders and community representatives.
Prayers were offered for the peace, unity, and economic progress of Nigeria, the wisdom and protection of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR, and the success of APC leaders and structures nationwide. The inter-faith prayers were jointly led by Christian and Muslim clerics, reinforcing the party’s commitment to unity, tolerance, and inclusive leadership.
Speaking at the event, Comrade Dauda commended the leadership of the PCC for providing a platform that strengthens party unity and grassroots mobilisation. He reaffirmed his unwavering support for the Renewed Hope Agenda of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, noting that sustained prayers, political discipline, and active grassroots engagement remain critical to consolidating the gains of the APC at all levels of governance.
He further urged party members and supporters to fully participate in the ongoing APC nationwide e-registration exercise, describing it as a strategic step towards deepening internal democracy, expanding party membership, and positioning the APC for continued electoral success.
