The Executive Chairman of Ikeja Local Government, Comrade Akeem Olalekan Dauda (AKOD), has expressed heartfelt condolences to the Executive Secretary of the Lagos State Domestic and Sexual Violence Agency (DSVA), Barr. Titilola Vivour-Adeniyi, on the passing of her beloved mother, Mrs. Nkechinyere Stella Rhodes-Vivour (née Waboso).

Mrs. Rhodes-Vivour, who was born on June 16, 1957, passed on July 10, 2026, leaving behind a remarkable legacy of love, compassion and service to humanity.

In a condolence message, Comrade Dauda described the late matriarch as a devoted wife, caring mother, cherished grandmother and an inspiration whose exemplary life impacted her family, friends and all who had the privilege of knowing her.

The Chairman noted that while the loss of a loved one is deeply painful, the beautiful memories and enduring values she left behind would continue to serve as a source of strength and comfort to her family.

Comrade Dauda prayed that Almighty God would grant Barr. Vivour-Adeniyi, her father, siblings and the entire Rhodes-Vivour family the fortitude to bear the irreparable loss and grant the departed eternal rest.

“On behalf of the Government and people of Ikeja Local Government, I extend my sincere condolences to Barr. Titilola Vivour-Adeniyi and the entire Rhodes-Vivour family. May the Almighty grant the soul of the departed peaceful rest and give the family the strength to navigate this difficult period,” Comrade Dauda said.
