In a bid towards ensuring total victory for the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Lagos State and at the National level, The Executive Chairman of Ikeja Local Government, Engr. Dr Mojeed Alabi Balogun, alongside the Vice Chairman, Hon. Yomi Mayungbe, as well Ikeja APC Party Chairman, Hon. Dally Adedokun and other top members donated huge number of campaign billboards and other campaign materials to the Party.
The donation was to ensure that massive campaigns were carried out in the Ikeja axis for the Lagos State Governorship candidate in the person of Babajide Olushola Sanwo-Olu and other candidates that are representing the Party in Ikeja constituency. Also, the campaigns were also geared towards ensuring that President Muhammadu Buhari secured a second term in office so as to have a continuation of development which is going on across the country.
The Ikeja Chapter of All Progressives Congress through their chairman, Alhaji Dally Adeokun, indicated its readiness to fulfill its mandate to deliver 100% votes for APC in Lagos State. He believed that the campaign will be massive, peaceful, and violence-free and in total compliance with the rules of engagement as prescribed by INEC and the law enforcement agents.
According to Engr. Dr. Mojeed Alabi Balogun, The Executive Chairman of Ikeja Local Government, there are already laid-out campaign mechanisms and strategies which will be implemented to ensure massive turnout of electorates and in the long run lead to total victory for the Party in Lagos State in particular and at the National level. The Council boss also indicated that more campaign materials will still be delivered so as to ensure that campaign volunteers have a well worked out operation in the process of the campaigns.
