Leader of Alimosho Football Coaches Council, Ifeanyichukwu Ikpo Moses has admonished electoral committee to be fair to all candidates in the forthcoming elections of Lagos State Football Coaches Association.
Ikpo Moses is one of the candidates vying for the chairmanship seat in the forthcoming elections of Lagos State Football Coaches Association.
The election would come up next month.
Ikpo Moses commended Chairman of Lagos State Football Coaches Association, Fredrick Yamala for appointing Coach Suraju as Chairman electoral committee .
He urged members of the committee to give their best and shun partisan politics that may ruin the elections.
He said he is impressed with the coaches appointed into the committee and urged them to treat all the candidates equally before and during the elections.
“I am happy that electoral committee has been put in place by the association led by Frederick Yamala. My only message or advice for the electoral committee is to come out with their electoral guidelines and ensure that all candidates are equally treated without fear or favour. I wish all the members of electoral committee best of luck,” he said.
Commenting on his chances in election, Ikpo Moses is optimistic saying that the best candidate would win the election.
He said the election is not a do or die affairs to him saying that any candidate who win the election should be supported by other candidates.
“I think the best candidate would win the election based on their programmes and vision he has for the association. I have what it takes to win the election but the final decision lies on electorates. My own is to tell my noble colleagues in the profession what I have for them and it is left for them to key into my vision,” he said.
