Yesterday, operatives of IMO ENTRACO successfully apprehended and handed over to the Police two individuals, who had been impersonating ENTRACO officials to defraud, harass, and cause distress to unsuspecting residents of Imo State.

This development addressed a growing concern, as the activities of fake ENTRACO agents have been on the rise, tarnishing the image and credibility of the Commission.

The suspects, identified as Mr. Azubuike Okwuonu and Mr. Ezeugo, are now in Police custody and will face the full weight of the law.

Hon. Anthony Anyaehie, General Manager, IMO ENTRACO, has urged members of the public to remain vigilant.

“If you encounter any suspicious individuals claiming to be ENTRACO officials, or for any ENTRACO-related reports, please call or text 08141651699 for prompt response” he said.
