The Senator representing Anambra Central Senatorial District, Senator Uche Ekwunife, has expressed deep sadness over the news of the death of the GMD of Tonimas Nigeria Ltd, Chief Sir Anthony Enukeme.
Reacting to the news, she said, “This morning, I recieved a very sad news that Chief Sir Anthony Enukeme, one of the biggest investors and philantropists in Anaocha local government and Anambra State has passed on. Chief Enukeme, who before his death was the Group Managing Director of Tonimas Nigeria Ltd was a man who achieved many laudable feats, and was fully committed to the socio-economic and political development of our State. He lived for his people, promoted the culture of his community and achieved many developmental strides even without occupying any public office”.
While noting that Anambra has lost one of its finest philantropists and businessman, the Senator described Onowu Neni as a man whose legacies exemplified him as the father of all who will be deeply missed across political, social and religious divide.
She prayed God to grant the deceased eternal rest in his bossom and console his family, the entire people of Neni, Anaocha and indeed Anambra State at this moment of grief.
Rest In Peace, Onowu Akubom Na Neni!
