International Women’s Day: Nwankpo Celebrates Women All Over The World

“To the Anambra woman,fill your days with happiness and your world with love”. (Nwankpo2021) 

The Lord’s chosen, divine mandate bearer, and leading APGA Governorship aspirant, Nze Akachukwu Nwankpo, said this day provides an occasion to draw humanity’s attention towards the positive changes that can bring about equal opportunity for all women on this earth. 

He stated this in a statement made available by his DG, Media/Publicity & Strategy Dr. Harris Chuma-Odili, and issued in Awka on Monday to commemorate the 2021 International Women’s Day.

Nwankpo said the politicians should be encouraged to join the ongoing campaign to address issues of gender disparity, equality in every strata of life, ensure gender balance in government, employment, remuneration of employees and wealth creation.

He said: “I celebrate with Nigerian Women all over the world on the occasion of the International Women’s Day, 2021″.

“Today,I celebrate in a special way the Anambra woman, her strength, resilience, power and doggedness. Everything starts with a woman. Life starts with a woman. The greatest love of all starts with her. Appreciating and loving everything that women give us each and every day is our duty. Let’s raise our glasses for the ladies.”

Nwankpo urged Anambra women to rise up and equip themselves to fill gaps in politics, public office and management.

In 2021, the theme of Women’s Day is ‘Choose To Challenge’.
