Islamic Group Calls For Tinubu–Ambode Return In 2027

A respected Islamic organisation, Sofwat Al-Abraar Dawah Mission International, has declared its full support for the return of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and former Lagos State Governor Akinwunmi Ambode in the 2027 general elections.

Immediately after acknowledging the mission leader, the event took centre stage with the keynote address delivered by the Director-General of the Tinubu–Ambode Support Group, Hon. Dr. Seyi Bamgbade. His lecture, titled “Religion and Politics Ahead 2027,” resonated deeply with all present.
Dr. Bamgbade emphasized the divine and civic connection between governance and faith, stating:

“There is no religion without politics and no politics without religion. Both must work in harmony for society to progress. Leadership must reflect values, justice, and the collective good.”

The newly Governor of the mission Akanbi, Kazeem Ojo,His mastery of the topic, his oratory strength, and his balanced insight earned him admiration from the entire mission.

Also in attendance was the All Progressives Congress (APC) Alimosho Chapter Chairman, Hon. Tosin Fatoki Edward, whose presence further underscored the political significance of the event.

Kazeem Ojo, expressed heartfelt appreciation to Dr. Bamgbade for his enlightening and impactful message. He described the DG as a man whose delivery reflects both the depth of a religious leader and the experience of a seasoned political strategist.

In his words:
“Your lecture today has opened our eyes even more. You spoke like a true servant of God and an experienced politician. We appreciate your support and your leadership. We are ready to work with you fully to deliver Tinubu–Ambode in 2027. We are happy to be here, and we stand committed.”

The gathering ended with prayers for peace, unity, and the continued progress of Lagos State and Nigeria.

 

With this endorsement, the Tinubu–Ambode movement gains another strong and influential support base—showing that the call for their 2027 return continues to gather momentum across religious and political lines.
