While extending warm greetings to the Muslim Ummah in Ojodu, Lagos State and Nigeria at large on the occasion commemorating the birth of the Prophet Muhammad (Peace Be Upon Him), the Executive Chairman of Ojodu LCDA, Hon Segun Odunmbaku, has charged the Muslim Faithful to reflect on the Prophet’s exemplary life of peace and devotion to the service of humanity.
The Ojodu Mayor, Hon Odunmbaku said, “I extend warm greetings to all our Muslim brothers and sisters as we commemorate the birth of the Holy Prophet Muhammad (Peace Be Upon Him)”.
“Eid-El Maolud is a time to reflect on the Prophet’s exemplary life of peace, humility, compassion and devotion to the service of humanity. His teachings continue to guide us towards unity, tolerance and love for one another.”
“As we celebrate this sacred occasion, I urge all residents of Ojodu LCDA to imbibe these virtues in our daily lives, strengthen the bonds of brotherhood and work collectively for the progress and prosperity of our community.”
