Iyida Jacob Obiora Marks 15th Birthday With UK Football Camp Opportunity

Young football talent, Iyida Jacob Obiora, is celebrating his 15th birthday today with a major milestone in his career as he departs Nigeria for the United Kingdom to take part in an international football summer camp.

 

The talented attacker from Buruj Football Club and Sports Academy is travelling with his teammates. The delegation is led by Dr. Salaudeen Waheed Buruj, CEO of Buruj Football Club and Sports Academy.

Jacob’s UK trip comes at a defining moment in his football development. The summer camp will give him the opportunity to experience an international football environment, receive advanced coaching, and compete alongside other young talents.

 

The academy had earlier announced that Jacob secured his UK visa ahead of the programme, describing the trip as a vital step for international exposure and elite football development.

Despite his rising profile in football, Jacob has remained committed to combining his sporting ambitions with education through Buruj Sports Academy’s development programme.
