Joshua Jailed 14 Years For Having Sex With Girl, 8

31-year old man, Mr. Tony Joshua will be spending the next 14 years in Kirikiri Prison, Lagos, after he was convicted for having sex with an 8-year old girl.

P.M.EXPRESS reports that he was arrested and charged before a Lagos court where he was convicted and sentenced for engaging the little girl in a sex romp in Lagos.

P.M.EXPRESS reports that the incident happened at Olurunshe Street in Iba area of Lagso where they resided.

Mr. Joshua pleaded guilty before the Ikeja Magistrates court presided by the Magistrate, Mrs. O Sule-Amzat.
The court did not waste time in sentencing him for that number of years after the prosecutor, Mr. Benson Emuehi presented facts and before the court.

Many were still surprised and wondered what would have been the attraction for him to have engaged such little girl in the act.
P.M.EXPRESS reports that the police arrested the now convicted Joshua after he lured the victim into his apartment and defiled her. The dastardly act was revealed by the victim when her parents noticed changes in her body and asked her who tempered with her private part and she mentioned Joshua.

The matter was then reported to the police, Joshua was arrested and detained at the police station. During interrogation, he admitted that he slept with the victim when her parents were not around and was tempted to do so because she was beautiful.

He also instigated fear into her and warned her not to reveal what happened to anybody including her parents.

P.M.EXPRESS gathered that Joshua who is now 31 will spend the number of years handed down to him and may only regain freedom when he will be 45 years old.
