There has been jubilation since yesterday after the facts emerged how the Lagos State APC sacked Eze Uche Dimgba as Coordinator of Ndigbo after Chief Chris Ekwilo had bombed him and Chief Joe Igbokwe during the meeting.
P.M.EXPRESS gathered that the meeting, which lasted for several hours, was attended by about seven Igbo group leaders including Coalition led by Chief Ekwilo, Mandate, by Chief Anselm Udoka, Vision led by Chief Babatata Uche,  Southeast led by Chief Njoku, Abundant led by Hon. Jude Idimogu and other group led by Eze Christian Nwachukwu.
During the meeting, Eze Uche Dimgba was allowed in the meeting as an observer because he was not recognized as the leader of any political group, hence he walked away with threat to decamp to another political party.
During the meeting, Chief Chris Ekwilo, who is also the Chairman of Ohanaeze Ndigbo Political Forum, slammed the leader and Coordinator of Igbo in APC in Lagos State, Chief Joe Igbokwe and Eze Uche Dimgba, as the clogs in the wheel of progress and grand architects of the misfortune of the Party because Ndigbo hates their faces and can never support the Party if they are in charge.
Ekwilo further explained that it is not hidden that Chief Igbokwe was hated by the Igbo because he has diarrhea of the mouth and has been abusing Ndigbo over the years to the extent that no Igbo man and woman want to associate with him and that has posed challenges for the Igbo supporting APC in Lagos State.
On Eze Uche Dimgba, Chief Ekwilo stated that he has no single  grassroots support base and the average Igbo in Lagos State sees him as Joe Igbokwe’s stooge and does not want to do anything with him because of his character, which is well known to the Igbo in Lagos State.
He reminded the leadership of APC in Lagos State that the former Chairman declared that Ezendigbo in the State should be in their palaces and play advisory roles in the Party and should not take political positions in the State yet Eze Dimgba was imposed by Chief Igbokwe and since then there had not been any progress made. He enjoined the Party to think and make things right because Nigeria is in a critical election year, where the National leader of the Party, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, will be on the ballot and needs support of Ndigbo.
Other members of the group representatives spoke in the same direction including Hon Jude Idimogu, who equally pointed out that Eze Dimgba’s residence was being used as APC meeting venue and because it was a private house, many people do not attend the meeting there.
P.M.EXPRESS gathered that after much deliberation, the Party leadership scrapped the office of the Coordinator of Igbo APC, which Eze Dimgba had previously occupied. The Party also ordered that Igbo APC meetings should not be held at Dimgba’s house or any private residence.
The leadership upheld the position of Apex Leader and Deputy Apex Leader occupied by Chief Igbokwe and Hon. Idimogu respectively and adjourned to have another meeting, where the group leaders will meet and harmonize who will be Chairman and other positions.
After the meeting, it was jubilation galore as women were seen dancing and praising God for delivering them from political captivity of several years. Eze Uche Dimgba and his group went home dejected P.M.EXPRESS gathered.
