Africa Magic is set to premiere its latest original drama series, Secret Lives, on Monday, 3 August 2026, with new episodes airing weekdays at 8:30 pm WAT on Africa Magic Showcase (DStv channel 151 and GOtv channel 8).
The 39-episode series follows Zee (Oluchi Amajuoyi), whose life takes an unexpected turn after a shocking revelation threatens her future with the man she loves.
As hidden family secrets come to light, she is forced to navigate heartbreak, betrayal, and unexpected alliances in a fight to protect both her future and those she loves.
Blending romance, family drama, and gripping suspense, Secret Lives takes viewers on an emotional journey where every decision carries lasting consequences and no secret stays buried forever.
The drama series is produced by FEEMO and stars Nollywood veteran Keppy Ekpeyong alongside Nonso Odogwu, Eyiyemi Olivia Rogbinyin, Ejiro Badare, Oluchi Amajuoyi, Floyd Igbo, and Favour Etim.
AMVCA-nominated producer James Omokwe, the showrunner behind Secret Lives, said: “Secret Lives is a story that has been waiting to be told. We live in a world where families carry wounds across generations and call it tradition. This show peels back the layers of those silences, the secrets people keep to protect themselves and the ones they love, and asks what happens when those secrets finally come to light.”
The series is the latest addition to Africa Magic’s growing slate of original productions, reflecting the channel’s commitment to telling compelling African stories that resonate with audiences across the continent.

Secret Lives premieres on Monday, 3 August 2026, with new episodes airing Mondays to Fridays at 8:30 pm WAT on Africa Magic Showcase (DStv channel 151 and GOtv channel 8).
