A man, Jubril Ibrahim, is lying critically ill at an undisclosed hospital after failed attempts by a lady to cut off his dick and ended up slicing his testicle during a fight over sex in Lagos State.
P.M.EXPRESS reports that the incident happened on 7th June, 2023 at Kara Railway, Abbatior area of Oko-Oba, Lagos.
The 35-year old lady, Alimot Adamu, has been arrested and charged for conduct likely to cause breach of public peace.
The Police alleged that the suspect, Alimot, conducted herself in an unruly manner by engaging the man in a squabble and using a razor blade to cut his testicle, which caused him serious injury.
The matter was reported to the Police at Oko-Oba Division. She was then arrested and detained at the station for interrogation over her alleged conduct.
During interrogation, she reportedly told the Police that it was not victim’s testicle that was her target but his dick and failed in the process.
The Police found her culpable and subsequently charged her before the Ogba Magistrate Court for the alleged offence.
However, she pleaded not guilty when she was arraigned.
The prosecutor, Supol Victor Eruada, then asked the Court to give a date for hearing since she pleaded not guilty to enable the Police to prove that she actually committed the alleged offence.
The Presiding Magistrate, Mrs. M.O. Tanimola, granted her bail in the sum of N200,000 with two sureties in like sum, who must show evidence of means of livelihood and addresses verified.
The matter was adjourned for mention while the defendant was remanded in custody at the Correctional Centre at Kirikiri town, Lagos, pending when she will perfect her bail conditions.
