The Secretary of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Lagos State, Hon. Lanre Sunmi Odesanya, has congratulated the outgoing Speaker of the 9th House of Representatives, Rt. Hon. Femi Gbajabiamila, over his appointment as Chief of Staff to President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
The lawyer and former Lagos House of Assembly member stated that Gbajabiamila’s appointment has demonstrated President Tinubu’s avowed commitment to good governance by bringing on board competent individuals to assist in bringing renewed hope to Nigerians.
He said Gbajabiamila’s two decades of parliamentary experience as a Minority Whip, Minority Leader, Majority/House Leader and the Speaker is a testament to his pedigree, capacity and competence to handle the office.
The former Commissioner 1, Lagos State House of Assembly Commission added that the appointment is well-thought-out and speaks volumes of the President Tinubu’s penchant for excellence.
The APC Scribe noted that Gbajabiamila’s experience and suitability for the strategic office of Chief of Staff is not in doubt.
Odesanya expressed confidence that Gbajabiamila will undoubtedly bring his profound expertise, strong work ethic, and exemplary interpersonal skills to the President’s inner circle.
