The outgoing APC National Women Leader, Hajia Dr. Ramatu Tijjani Aliyu, said that life’s battles are not always for the fittest or the best but Allah’s will are what always prevailed.

Hajia Dr. Ramatu Tijjani Aliyu made the statement after the National Convention of the All Progressives Congress, APC, in Abuja.

Having not emerged eventually as the National Women Leader at the convention following the intrigues, twists and turns, she said that she was humbled by the unprecedented support which she received throughout the campaigns. Dr. Ramatu said that she cannot thank her supporters enough but that she trusted that the Almighty will bring the deserved reward in due time.

Hajia Dr. Ramatu Tijjani Aliyu therefore urged her supporters and other women who believed in her leadership capacity not to harbour any anger over the eventual outcome at the convention as she considered it the Almighty’s Will. She encouraged them to continue to give their best to the party and the nation.
