The Lagos State Neighbourhood Safety Agency, LNSA, has met with the Nigerian High Commissioner to the Gambia, Ambassador Mohammed Manu, on official visit.
Receiving the General Manager of LNSA, Prince Ifalade Oyekan and his team, the Ambassador, who was ably represented by the Acting Charges’D Affairs, Mrs. Temidayo Balogun, said LNSA is the first State owned Agency to come to the Nigerian High Commission in the Gambia.
She, on behalf of the Ambassador, appreciated the visit of the Agency and further pointed out that the High Commission is overwhelmed that LNSA is bridging the gap between Lagos and The Gambia through collaboration in the area of security.
According to the Ambassador, the Gambia is a country that has benefited immensely from Nigeria and Nigerians can only nurture the relationship.
In his response, the General Manager of the LNSA, Oyekan, said that Lagos is a home to everybody and requires novel initiatives to ensure the State continues to accommodate all from home and abroad with the safety measures put in place by the State Governor, Mr. Babajide Sanwo-Olu.
