The Executive Chairman of Ojodu LCDA, Hon. Segun Odunmbaku, represented by his Vice Chairman, Hon Bunmi Oluyadi, along with the executive members, management team and staff, welcomed the Local Government Service Commission (LGSC) led by its Chairman, Hon. Kamal Ayinde Bayewu, on Wednesday, 9th April, 2025.
The visit aimed to examine administrative systems, to improve and strengthen the relationships between management and staff across Local Government Councils and Local Council Development Areas and offer expert recommendations on how to further enhance grassroots governance.
The visit included other delegations such as Hon. Hakeem Adisa Bamgbala, (Commissioner I, Lagos Division), Mrs. Abosede George (Permanent Secretary, Local Government Service Commission) represented by Director of Admin & HR Mrs. Omobola and Mrs. Bibilomo Olushekun (Permanent Secretary, Local Government Establishment & Training) Represented by Dir of Est& Training Mrs Omowunmi Dada and other Directors.
In his heartfelt greeting, Hon. Bunmi Oluyadi conveyed his appreciation for the visit and emphasized that the Odunmbaku’s administration steadfast commitment to delivering services that are transparent, efficient, and centered around the needs of the citizens.
Hon. Kamal Ayinde Bayewu commended the Chairman, Hon. Segun Odunmbaku for his approach to works and infrastructure development within the council and its surroundings and also the continuous cooperation of Ojodu LCDA staff.
The visit was concluded with a report and vote of thanks delivered by the Council Manager, Engr. Mrs. Olubunmi Akitoye, followed by a group photograph.
