Man, 21, Arraigned For Recording Nude Video Of Sex Partner Inside Hotel

A 21-year old man, Elvis Chisom, has landed in trouble in Lagos State for allegedly using his phone to take nude pictures and video of a lady he lured to a hotel for sex as the lady caught him and raised alarm.
P.M.EXPRESS reports that he attacked the victim and tore her clothes inside the hotel room before the hotel management rescued her and handed over the suspect, Chisom, to the Police over his conduct.
The incident happened on 19th March, 2026, at Heaven Lodge Suites and Hotel, Lagos.
The matter was reported to the Police at Ikotun Division. The suspect was arrested and detained at the station for interrogation over his alleged conduct against the complainant.
After thorough interrogation, the Police found him culpable and charged him before the Ejigbo Magistrate Court for conduct likely to cause breach of public peace, assault and malicious damage.
The charges read:
“That you, Elvis Chisom ‘m’, on the 19th March, 2026, at about 1400hrs, at Heaven Lodge Suites and Hotel, Ejigbo, Lagos State, in the Lagos Magisterial District, did conduct yourself in a manner likely to cause breach of peace by taking nude picture and video of one Blessing Alegbeleye ‘f and thereby committed an offence punishable under Section 168 (d) of the Criminal law of Lagos State of Nigeria 2015.”
Count II:”That you, Elvis Chisom ‘m’, on the same date, time and place, in the aforementioned Magisterial District, did unlawfully assault one Blessing Alegbeleye ‘f by slapping her and hitting her on the floor and thereby committed an offence punishable under Section 173 of the criminal laws of Lagos State of Nigeria 2015.”
Count III:” That you, Elvis Chisom ‘m’, on the same date, time and place, in the aforementioned Magisterial District, did maliciously damage clothes of one Blessing Alegbeleye ‘f and thereby committed an offence punishable under Section 339 (2) of the criminal law of Lagos State of Nigeria 2015.”
He pleaded not guilty.
The prosecutor, Inspector Simeon Njue, asked the Court to give a date for hearing since he pleaded not guilty to enable the Police to prove that he actually committed the alleged offence.
The Presiding Magistrate, Miss F.R.Ogunkoyede, granted him bail in the sum of N250,000 with two sureties in like sum, who must show evidence of means of livelihood and tax payment while addresses will be verified by the Court.
The matter was adjourned for mention while the defendant was remanded in custody at the correctional center at Kirikiri town, Lagos, pending when he will perfect his bail conditions.
